HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER

Our goal is to fill your order as quickly as possible, since we know how important it is to you! After an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it or change it; however, you are welcome to return your items based on our easy return policy.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO WE ACCEPT?

Accepted credit cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Discover prepaid cards.

With our Android and Google Play apps, we accept major credit cards, Google Pay, and PayPal.

On the iOS/iPhone app, we accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Afterpay and Affirm are online payment options.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE(DOMESTIC)

There are (2) ways to check the tracking information available for your package

 

  1. In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive a link to your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment's progress until the package is delivered to your door.

  2. Depending on the shipping method selected you may visit USPS.COM, UPS.COM or FedEx.com and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you directly on the carrier's website.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE MISSING PACKAGES?

Please note GlowingAngels  are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages once the courier has picked up the package from us and is in route. GlowingAngels will service you in filling out a claim with the courier.

BUY ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE

Only the person designated to pick up the package during the online checkout process will be authorized to receive the order.

A reminder phone call and email will be sent to you if your package has not been picked up after 2 days. A final reminder email goes out after 6 days. Any packages not picked up after 7 days will be mailed to the billing address used on the order.

 

  • Drop shipments, items with additional shipping charges, Gift Cards and customized/personalized products are excluded from the In-person Pickup program.

  • We only accept cash payment for In-person Pickup orders.

  • In-person Pickup is available in the contiguous United States only.

  • All orders are subject to complete verification.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT NEVER RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you do not receive an email from GLOWINGANGELS within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your GLOWINGANGELS account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
